Currency as Debt: A New Theory of Money |
|
“...the more a subject is understood, the more briefly it may be explained.” This entire web site is devoted toward educating visitors. The topics of money and taxation are contentious at least, and completely confusing at worst. Therefore, visitors to this web site will find much information to strengthen their mastery of these two topics. Letters from College further encourages that mastery by providing unique summaries of the topics. The topics are addressed conversationally in letter form. The letters are short, with each letter discussing only one aspect of the difficult topics of money and taxes. This web site exists to provide information designed to promote an understanding of the legislation needed to provide much needed monetary and fiscal policy reform. Letters from College will also help visitors understand the power of the bill offered on this web site. We hope you not only benefit from these letters, but enjoy them as well. Letter the First—Currency is a Public Utility Letter the Second— Currency Viewed as Grease Letter the Third— The White Grease Conspiracy Letter the Fourth—Working for the Man Letter the Fifth—Inflation and Deflation Letter the Sixth—Gold and Silver Coin Letter the Seventh—Exchange Value Letter the Eighth—Paper Currency Letter the Ninth—Rate of Circulation Letter the Tenth—Currency Stability

| “You wish me to tell you all about these complex phenomena. If by ill-luck I happen to
know the laws which govern them I should be helpless. I should be lost in endless calculations and could
never supply you with an answer to your questions. Fortunately for both of us, I am completely ignorant
about the matter. I can therefore supply you with an answer at once. This may seem odd; but there is
something odder still, namely that my answer will be right.”
